2011 Fundraising Golf Tournament
On Thursday, April 21, Chesterfield/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers hosted its 18th annual fundraising golf tournament at The Country Club at the Highlands. While the event presented a challenge in its ability to raise funds for the year’s budget, the weather held up and helped make it a fantastic day for both the volunteers and the golfers. McDonald's and Sheetz provided food before and during the day of golf, and Ledo Pizza made steak and cheese sub sandwiches for the event's dinner. Crime Solvers made a few dollars and golfers got to enjoy one of the first (and finest) golf tournaments in the area.
Thank you, to all of our players/teams, sponsors and volunteers for
making our golf tournament possible. Because tip rewards are paid for SOLELY using donated money, we count on this tournament to keep the rewards going. As a result of Crime Solvers tips, law enforcement agencies in Chesterfield and Colonial Heights were able to resolve/capture 6000 crimes/fugitives!!!
