The 2008 Annual Installation Dinner

Paul Carnes, a Crime Solvers life member and member of the board of directors since 1984,  was presented the Hulon Willis award from Hulon Willis' daughter Kimberly and 1st Vice President Harris Bacon.
Colonel  Thierry Dupuis, appointed the chief of police for the Chesterfield County Police Department in  2007. was the speaker for the dinner.

Linwood Byrd, the 2008 Crime Solvers newly elected President, addresses the board of directors.
